Warning, all novels may contain traces of nuts, and insanity in large doses. (Reading hint: For more enjoyment and less wanting-to-die-from-how-stupid-it-all-is, L&M Blognovels are suggested read in smaller doses, rather than in one sitting).

Olaf's language barrier

Due to the fact that Olaf was so afraid of the approaching Norman, when he exited the bank in his magical fashion he forgot to work out where he was headed. So, typically, he ended up in a completely random location.
He looked around. In front of him was a strange looking panel thingy with lots of nobs and sliders. In front of that was a glass window, viewing a character wearing a shiny silver suit. There was a flustered looking man standing at the panel wearing funny glasses. Now, what was the word for where he was....
"SPACE!" he shouted out, completely unaware that he was talking. Silver suit and glasses both looked at him as if he had suddenly appeared out of thin air. Silver suit started talking, and his voice came out of a speaker in the top corner of the room. Now, this was space-like! What was silver suit saying? He struggled to listen.

"Get this moron out of my recording studio!" Reginald yelled. "Mike, get him out! I have to WORK here, and I can't have strangely dressed superheroes distracting me!"
"Right-ho, you thuper-dooper man, you!" Glasses cried, obviously happy to be away from his mixing desk for a while. "Get out, you thilly little boy!" He ordered Olaf.

Olaf smiled. Why was the funny little man with the lisp so grumpy? Oh, he was saying something. Perhaps it would be good to reply.
"Hello my name is Olaf I am illegal immigrant you are under arrest I am your sidekick I will have an omelette and an orange juice please thankyou Mary where is the bathroom can I please use that after you thankyou have a nice day give me all your money!"
There, that should do it. That black market translation booklet did come in handy!

Mike was confused. Thankfully, he did have a gun. (He got it on the black market as well.) He pulled it out and pointed it at Olaf. (Not that he knew how to operate it, it just looked cool.)

Olaf recognised the gun, knew of the danger, and quickly materialised away. But, as had happened last time, he forgot to think about HIS DESTINATION. AGAIN.
