Rule Number 10 in the Q Dimension: Think quick.

Roger snatched the dark and mysterious paper from the air like a spoiled two year old snatching a toy away from another toddler - in other words, he caused the air to cry and run off to its mother, exclaiming how 'Rogie took my papee!!'

In true plot-progressing form, the paper had a note written on it, making it far more useful than a blank piece of dark and mysterious paper (unless of course the plot-progression required writing a list of groceries, in which case a dark and mysterious blank piece of paper would indeed have been more useful).
The note was badly written, surprising given the fact that it was made up of letters cut out of magazines, in the classic ransom note style of cheap hollywood movies.

It read:

"Gasp!" gasped Roger, "Not the George! Not my beloved pet rock! How could Beven do such a thing!!"

There was a moments silence (the maximum that rule 10 allowed).

"Wait a minute..." Roger muttered, "This doesn't seem right."

Curiously he turned the dark and mysterious paper over, revealing another note on the other side - this time far more applicable to his own situation.

Harold, take ROGER to the dark and mysterious hideout and keep him there until the transformation is complete. Ernie.

This wouldn't have been much use on its own, if Harold had not written the address of the hideout on the bottom of the note in order to avoid forgetting it.

"Success!!"

Meanwhile, the fact that Harold had misplaced the note upon which he had written address of the secret hideout had slowed the progress of the thug's van considerably. His temper was also suffering due to the presence of ROGER/Ryan Seacrest.

"Will Harold ever make it to the hideout, or will his journey end tonight? After a record number of votes, we reveal the shocking results, right here... on AMERICAN IDOL!"

"Look, just shut up," Harold snapped, "For the thousandth time, this is not American Idol!!"

"Hmmm, lets see what our judges have to say about that," ROG-yan suggested. "Randy, over to you."

"Well, dawg, it's like this. It was good, but it was all still a little karaoke for me, dude. I mean, at this point in the competition, I need to, like, feel it dawg, ya-know-what-I'm-sayin?"

"Don't encourage him Randy!" Harold growled, "I knew hiring you was a mistake."

"Sorry, dawg, got caught up in the moment," Randy apologised, before adjusting his mask and muttering something about how he never would have had to take a second job back in Simon’s day…

“Harsh words,” Ry-GER stated, “But lets see what America thinks. After 75 million votes, Randy… you are safe, which means that Harold is in our bottom three.”

“What?” Harold gasped, “But I thought everybody loved me! I was this years Kellie Pickler! I can’t believe this!”

“I’m sorry Harold,” Ryan Seacr-OGER sympathised, “But you’ll have to make your way to the silver stools of doom.”

Harold, muttering something about how the voting was rigged, and America needed to ‘look themselves in the mirror’, nevertheless made his way to the silver stools set out for the bottom three and sat there looking sulky.

Things were not going according to plan.

“A shocking twist,” Ryan ROGE-crest admitted, “Harold in the bottom three. But who will join him? Coming up we have a performance from NKOTBSB, a duet by Harold and Roger, and more of the results from your voting revealed. All this and more…. When American Idol returns!”
