Pretty Woman
Nicholas ran upstairs, hoping that he would find Sally there. Biff ran to the mirror, checking that his dreamy brown-blond hair was still in perfect condition.
Sally was in her room (upstairs), reading a book and muttering to herself.
Nicholas walked in to the room. It must have hurt, because he said "Ow!" and then, seconds later, walked through the doorway of Sally's room.
"What are you reading, Sally?" He asked inquisitively, like a member of the infamous Spanish Inquisition.
Sally continued reading and muttering.
Nicholas leant forward and looked at her book.
'How to be a dumb blonde'
By Jessica Simpson
"Sally, why would you want to be a dumb blonde?" Nicholas asked. "When you could become someone far more exciting and enriching, like a career nerd! For that, I recommend you read 'How to be a career nerd' by Chuck Dossier, one of my personal favourites!"
Sally ceased her reading and looked up at Nicholas.
"I have read that book, Nicholas. And it scared me. I used to be a MATHS OLYMPIAN, you know!"
Thunder echoed ominously outside. Or it could've been Biff revving his Charger. "Well why did you ever give it up to become popular, goodlooking, dating the hottest guy in the state, and really good at cheerleading?" Nicholas asked, perplexed at this obvious bad move.
Sally stood up. "You'd never understand." She said, and she went to leave the room.
It took her ten seconds to find the door. The book was obviously having an effect.
