The World-Famous (to some people) online-novels of Lark and Musings, for you to sit back and enjoy in the quietness of your own home. Warning, all novels may contain traces of nuts, and insanity in large doses. (Reading hint: For more enjoyment and less wanting-to-die-from-how-stupid-it-all-is, L&M Blognovels are suggested read in smaller doses, rather than in one sitting).

The Princess Bride

A lone tumbleweed blew mysteriously by.
Somewhere, in the distance, a Charger revved.
A raven sitting on a nearby rail cawwed forebodingly.
Quothed the raven: "Guys, the blog's practically over, Taylor saved the day (though he doesn't feature much in this blognovel), I've already written an award winning book in the time it took you two to get here (probably due to the fact that every time Sally sees a STOP sign she obeys it unwaveringly) and everyone is living happily ever after!"

Sally didn't speak raven. Nicholas had taken night classes in it a few years ago, but that was in a different dialect, which had far more menacing "caw"s and far less "croak"s "maaaark"s and "flannel!"s. Honestly, that raven was strange. It said "flannel!" a lot. Probably due to a traumatic experience with a water balloon or something.
So, they continued into Harry's compound. Except, it wasn't Harry's compound anymore. It had been sold by the government to a church of Jehovah's Witnesseseses, and it was currently in the middle of the Tuesday Tea Service. (At 2:30, which many were unable to attend due to dental committments.)
Nicholas barged through the front door heroically (bruising his face, shoulder and little toe) and cried out in a loud voice; "Stop the madness this instant! Let my people go!"
Everyone in the church building turned to stare at him.
Then, the lights went out. That was Sally's part of the plan, (the only part she could be trusted with.) In the darkness, Nicholas ran up to the altar.
The pastor was surprised to see a response so early in the service. "Ah, my son, would you like to make a decision to follow Jehovah?" He asked in a kind voice.
"Where are Sally's parents?!?!?" Nicholas demanded. He was given a blank look in reply.
The penny dropped. "Ping!" A poor member of the church picked it up and pocketed it.
Nicholas slowly backed away from the pastor. Then, he quickly turned and ran for the exit. Thank goodness it was only two steps away! (He'd been training.) Because as soon as he ran for the door, the Jehovah's Witnesseseseses leapt up and tried to grab him!
Nicholas exited the ex-compound, a crowd of fanatical minions right behind him.
He was in deep trouble now.
